How to get and keep a Minnesota real estate license

  1. Complete the first 30-hour course

  2. Pass the state exam

    75% on both the uniform and state portions.

  3. Finish 60 more hours and apply

    Including fair housing and agency training.

  4. Renew with 30 hours of CE every 24 months
