How to get and keep an Alaska real estate license

  1. Complete 40 hours of pre-licensing education

  2. Pass the salesperson exam

    Then apply within 6 months.

  3. Complete 30 hours of post-licensing

    Within one year of licensing.

  4. Renew every 2 years with 20 hours of CE
