How to get and keep a Nebraska real estate license

  1. Complete 96 hours of pre-license education

    Three 30-hour courses plus Course 0003.

  2. Pass the state exam

    75% to pass; license issued within 30 days.

  3. Complete Course 7000

    Within 180 days of being licensed.

    Post-license →

  4. Renew with 18 hours every two years

    At least 12 hours of CE, 6 in "R" courses.
