How to get and keep an Indiana real estate license

  1. Complete the 90-hour pre-licensing course

    Then pass the exam within one year.

  2. Pass the Pearson VUE exam

    145 questions in 240 minutes; scaled 75 to pass.

  3. Complete 30 hours of post-licensing

    Within two years; it covers two years of CE.

  4. Complete 12 hours of CE every year

    Each July 1 to June 30 CE year.
