How to get and keep an Arkansas real estate license

  1. Complete 60 hours of pre-license education

    Including 30 hours of basic principles.

  2. Pass the Pearson VUE exam

    Then send forms and fees within 90 days.

  3. Complete 18 hours of post-license

    By the end of the sixth month after licensing.

  4. Complete 7 hours of CE every year
