How to get and keep a Maine real estate license

  1. Complete the Sales Agent course

    With a final grade of 75% or higher.

  2. Pass the Pearson VUE exam

    75% or higher, within a year of the course.

  3. Move up to associate broker

    After 2 years; the sales agent license isn't renewable.

  4. Renew with 21 hours of CE

    Including the 3-hour core course.
