How to get and keep a Nevada real estate license

  1. Complete 120 hours of pre-license education

    Principles, Law, Contracts and Agency.

  2. Pass the Pearson VUE exam

    General and state portions, within 12 months.

  3. Complete 30 hours of post-licensing

    For your first renewal, one year after licensing.

  4. Renew every 2 years with 36 hours of CE
