Complete 36 hours of continuing education every 2 years to renew your Nevada real estate license, including mandatory topics required by the Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED). At least 18 of the 36 hours must be taken through live instruction.

How much CE must be live?
At least 18 of the 36 hours must be taken through live instruction.
How long is a renewed license good for?
Subsequent renewals are valid for two years.
Is there a reduced requirement for long-time licensees?
Yes. Licensees 65 or older who have been licensed in Nevada in good standing for 30 years or more can apply to complete a reduced set of hours: Agency, Law and Legislation, Contracts and Ethics.
