How to get and keep a Kentucky real estate license

  1. Complete the 96-hour pre-license course

    Or 6 college credit hours in real estate.

  2. Pass the PSI exam

    After submitting fingerprints; apply within 60 days.

  3. Complete 48 hours of post-license

    Within two years of licensing.

  4. Complete 12 hours of CE every two years

    6 in the first year, 6 in real estate law, plus the Core Course every four years.
