Minnesota real estate exam: common questions
What score do I need to pass the Minnesota salesperson exam?
75% or higher on the uniform portion and 75% or higher on the state portion.
When can I take the exam?
After completing the first 30-hour pre-license course. By law, exams are held at least every 45 days.
Do I need all 90 hours before testing?
No. The remaining 60 hours are due before you file your license application, not before the exam.
