Washington real estate exam: common questions
What score do I need to pass the Washington broker exam?
A scaled score of 70 on both the national and state portions. A scaled score isn't the same as a percentage.
How many questions are on the state portion?
30 multiple-choice questions for broker candidates.
What if I fail one portion?
You only retake the portion you failed, but you must pass it within six months of passing the other portion or retake both.
How much does the exam cost?
$210. The fee isn't refundable or transferable and is forfeited if you don't test within a year of paying.
