South Carolina real estate exam: common questions
How many questions are on the South Carolina associate exam?
120: 80 on the national portion (120 minutes) and 40 on the state portion (80 minutes).
When can I take the exam?
After the Commission approves your complete application. You won't be authorized to test until it's on file.
How much does it cost?
$67 for both portions or $59 for one. Fees aren't refundable or transferable and are valid for one year from payment.
I'm licensed in another state. Do I take both portions?
If your out-of-state license is active, or expired less than six months ago, you only take the state exam.
