Pennsylvania real estate exam: common questions
How many parts does the Pennsylvania salesperson exam have?
Two: a National portion and a Pennsylvania State portion. You need a passing grade on each one.
How long are my passing scores good for?
Three years. Both parts must be passed within three years before you submit your license application.
I'm licensed in another state. Do I take the whole exam?
No. If you've been actively licensed as a broker or salesperson in another state within the last five years, you only take the Pennsylvania portion.
