New Hampshire real estate exam: common questions
How much is the New Hampshire salesperson exam?
$66 for both portions, or $34 for the national and $32 for the state portion. Fees are valid for a year and aren't refundable.
How do I register?
Online only at PSI. Since March 31, 2025, PSI doesn't accept registrations by mail, fax or email.
What if I don't pass?
You pay the fee for each attempt. If you don't pass both portions within six months of your first exam, or after eight attempts, you must complete an accredited prelicensing course again.
