Mississippi real estate exam: common questions
What score do I need to pass the Mississippi salesperson exam?
70% (56 points) on the general portion and 75% (30 points) on the state portion.
How long do I have to pass?
Two months from the approval of your application, with at most two attempts at the state portion. Otherwise you must re-apply to establish eligibility.
How much does it cost?
$75, whether you take one or both portions; retakes are also $75. Fees aren't refundable.
When do I get my score?
Immediately after you finish the exam.
