Maryland real estate exam: common questions
How many questions are on the Maryland salesperson exam?
110: 80 on the national portion (90 minutes) and 30 on the Maryland portion (30 minutes).
What score do I need to pass?
At least 56 on the national portion and 21 on the state portion.
How much does the exam cost?
$44 for each registration, whether it's your first attempt or a retake, and whether you sit for one portion or both. It's valid for one year from payment.
How do I schedule?
Register online at PSI. Once PSI processes your documentation, which can take up to a week, you'll get an email with instructions to pay and schedule.
