Does Hawaii require post-licensing education?
No. Hawaii has no post-license course. Whether you need CE for your first renewal depends on when you were licensed.
Do I need CE for my first renewal?
If you were licensed in an even-numbered year and renew by November 30 of that year, you're deemed to have met the CE requirement. Otherwise you need the 20 hours.
What CE applies after that?
20 hours each biennium: 6 hours of core and 14 elective hours.
