Georgia real estate exam: common questions
Who gives the Georgia real estate exam?
PSI gives the exam for the Georgia Real Estate Commission, on computer at PSI test centers around the state, including Duluth, Marietta, Decatur, Fayetteville, Macon and Savannah.
What does the exam cover?
There are two portions: a national portion on real estate principles and practices, and a Georgia state portion.
When will I get my score?
Right away. Your score appears on screen when you finish, and a score report is emailed to you. If you fail, the report shows your strengths and weaknesses.
How much time do I have to use my exam fee?
You must test within one year of the date PSI receives your $175 fee, or the fee is forfeited.
