California real estate exam: common questions
How many questions are on the California salesperson exam?
150 multiple-choice questions with four answer choices each. You have three hours to finish.
What score do I need to pass?
70% or higher.
Where can I take the exam?
DRE gives the exam electronically at its exam sites in Fresno, La Palma, Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego. Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
Will I see my score?
Not if you pass. DRE doesn't tell passing candidates their score. If you fail, you can re-apply once you've received your results.
