Arizona real estate exam: common questions
How many questions are on the Arizona real estate exam?
There are two exams. Sales-General has 80 scored questions plus 5 unscored pretest questions, with 150 minutes. Sales-State has 60 scored questions plus 5 pretest questions, with 90 minutes.
What score do I need to pass?
75%. You need to answer 75% of the questions correctly to pass.
Will I know my result right away?
Yes. You get a score report when you finish. If you pass, it includes the link to the license application.
Who gives the exam?
Pearson VUE, ADRE's third-party testing vendor. You schedule with Pearson before you apply for your license.
