Ohio real estate exam: common questions
What score do I need to pass the Ohio salesperson exam?
A 70. You must pass both the State and National portions of the Ohio Real Estate Salesperson exam.
How do I get approved to take the exam?
Submit the Salesperson Examination Application with the $81 fee and proof of your education. Once the Division accepts it, your information goes to the testing vendor.
How do I schedule?
The testing vendor sends you a Candidate Information Bulletin with instructions for scheduling both portions.
