Nevada real estate exam: common questions
How long is the Nevada salesperson exam?
240 minutes for both portions: 150 minutes for the general (national) portion and 90 minutes for the state portion.
How many questions are on the national portion?
80 scored questions, plus 5 to 10 unidentified pretest questions that don't affect your score.
What if I fail one part?
Retake only the part you failed, within 12 months. If you haven't passed both parts after 12 months, you must retake the entire exam.
Can I take the exam online?
Pearson VUE offers online proctoring; review its online testing materials and video before you begin.
