How to get and keep a Utah real estate license

  1. Complete 120 hours of pre-license education

    At a certified Real Estate Pre-License School.

  2. Pass the Pearson VUE exam

    Within one year; apply within 90 days of passing.

  3. Take the 12-hour New Agent Course

    Part of the 18 hours for your first renewal.
