What happens if I miss a year's core course?
If you can't find a makeup offering for that year's core course, the renewal penalty is the 30-hour Broker Basics course for 0 CE credits.
Does a REALTOR ethics course count?
NMREC's 4-hour ethics requirement isn't the same as association membership requirements, though such a course may be considered for CE credit.
Is there extra CE for property management?
Yes. Associate brokers who do property management need the 6-hour NM Uniform Owner Resident Relations Act course or a commission-approved 6-hour commercial property management course, plus 6 more property management hours within the 36.
